Entertainment producers welcome the “free-span” building framing system achievable for their venues that most steel I-Beam buildings supply. Free-span configuration permits the maximum use of space in the steel structure with no interior load supporting pillars. Internally for unobstructed path issues this is important and for the benefit of undisturbed floor space for eating, dancing, or booking large gatherings.
